Rogue is the sixth planet in the Tweedum’s home system. It is a cold planet, with both the north and south covered in kilometer-thick icecaps extending to the subtropics. Beyond, however, life thrives in its diversity, even if the environment remains harsh and unforgiving.

Characterized by its distinct biome comprised of vast fields of wormgrass, the equatorial lands are both beautiful and dangerous. Resembling ordinary tall grass at first glance, wormgrass has a sinister nature. Each blade is equipped with tiny, razor-sharp mouths that lie in wait, ready to bite into anything that touches them. The grass is highly sensitive to movement, and once something—be it an animal, a piece of debris, or an unwary traveler—falls into its clutches, the wormgrass springs to life.

Upon contact, the wormgrass will latch onto its victim, injecting powerful enzymes that dissolve flesh and tissues. It will then gorge upon the dying prey, leaving nothing but bones. Despite its lethalness, many animals have adapted to live in this harsh biome, and it supports a relatively high bio-density.

Among the largest terrestrial creatures that traverse the fields is the Gijlopillar. Among the Tweedum, it is also nicknamed the “Gardener.” This imposing creature navigates the wormgrass fields with remarkable ease. It stands on tall, thin legs made of an incredibly hard, chitinous material. These legs allow the Gijlopillar to move through the fields without triggering the worms’ deadly response.

The Gijlopillar’s feeding method is as unique as its appearance. Using specialized appendages on its legs, it releases a potent liquefying enzyme that breaks down the wormgrass’s cellular structure. The Gijlopillar then sucks up the nutrient-rich juices, sustaining itself upon the very deadly traps that ensnare and doom other creatures.

On the horizon, one might catch sight of the eerie, drifting forms of blood jellies. These gelatinous creatures are named for their deep crimson color, a result of high concentrations of anthocyanins in their bodies. Blood jellies float aimlessly through the air, their movements seemingly random but driven by subtle environmental cues.

However, they are not easy pickings for any would-be predator. A toxic thick liquid oozes from their bodies, and any predator foolish enough to attack a blood jelly quickly finds itself with a mouth full of venom, a fatal mistake in the harsh wilderness of Rogue.
